Inspection Upon Receipt

Once you receive your package, we kindly ask that you inspect the contents carefully.

Reporting Issues

  • If you notice any missing items, damages, or defects, please contact us within 3–5 business days of receipt.
  • When reporting an issue, please provide:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the product and packaging
    • A brief description of the issue

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the defective or missing items
  • Store credit for future orders
  • Partial refund

Conditions

  • Claims made after 5 business days of delivery cannot be guaranteed for resolution.
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • For non-quality-related returns (e.g., customer error in ordering), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
